Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Enduropia is a pre-launch product operated by an individual based in Spain (European Union). It is not yet a registered legal entity.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is:
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the waitlist. Specifically:
- First name — to personalise any communications we send you.
- Email address — to contact you about the waitlist and, where applicable, product updates.
- Consent record — a timestamp and a record of which checkboxes you ticked at signup, to document the legal basis for processing your data.
We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party advertising scripts on this page.
3. Why We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes, each based on your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR:
- Waitlist management (Checkbox 1 — required). We store your name and email to manage our pre-launch waitlist and to send you a single launch notification email when Enduropia becomes available.
- Marketing communications (Checkbox 2 — optional). If you also ticked Checkbox 2, we will send you product updates, news, and promotions by email. You can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@enduropia.com.
We will never use your data for any purpose other than those you have explicitly consented to.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- During the pre-launch phase, your data is kept until you request deletion or until Enduropia launches.
- After launch, if you only gave Checkbox 1 consent (waitlist and launch notification), your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of the launch notification email being sent.
- If you gave Checkbox 2 consent (marketing), we will continue to hold your data for marketing purposes until you unsubscribe or request erasure.
You may request deletion of your data at any time regardless of these timelines — see Your Rights below.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
We may share your data with the following categories of service providers, acting as GDPR data processors under binding contractual obligations:
- Email delivery provider (e.g. Mailchimp or Brevo) — to send you the launch notification and, if applicable, marketing emails. These providers are subject to adequate data protection guarantees.
- Hosting provider — to host and serve this website. Your data may be stored on servers within or outside the EU, always under appropriate safeguards.
We will not transfer your personal data to any country outside the EEA unless adequate protections are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision by the European Commission).
6. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — you can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
- Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To withdraw, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.
- Right to data portability — you can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to lodge a complaint — if you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at aepd.es.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@enduropia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The Enduropia waitlist page does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or any form of persistent local storage. No cookie banner is displayed because no cookies are set.
If this changes in a future version of the site, we will update this policy and add an appropriate cookie notice.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes that affect how we process your data, we will notify you by email before those changes take effect.
The date at the top of this page always reflects when the policy was last updated.
